My current timetable

Yoga and Mindfulness for Children
I have been teaching yoga to children for over ten years, running after school clubs and large group workshops. I have had the opportunity through my work to develop topic related yoga classes and can adapt a class to all primary age groups. If you would be interested in me coming to your school/playgroup/after school club please contact me.
Special Yoga and Mindfulness for Autism and ADHD
As well as being a yoga teacher I have been a teaching assistant for many years working in mainstream schools supporting children with different needs. At present I teach yoga classes to children with Autism and ADHD in a local school. I trained with Special Yoga UK and continue to develop my own practice.
Currently running classes on Tuesday mornings at Muschamp Primary school for the Base children and in the afternoons for children from the Autism Base, Early Years to year 6, at Foresters Primary School
"At Special Yoga we believe that all children are special and deserve to experience peace, joy and fulfillment of their potential and purpose"
