Yoga is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Yoga classes at Sensory Yoga Flow with Emma attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
A flowing yoga practice aimed at building flexibility, strength and stamina as well as to focus and stabilize the mind. This flow centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. Yoga that feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.
Meet Sensory Yoga Flow with Emma
Yoga might not be what you think it is. In my experience it is about a group of people who get together and move and breathe, to find a place to deal with life's ebbs and flows. It is a place to find out that you love your body and can feel grateful for all that you can do. A chance to breathe and control your emotions better. I have been practicing yoga for eighteen years and continue to develop and learn from some amazing teachers. I run classes for adults and children.
